Pedro’s Sports Bar & Pickleball
Where San Antonio Comes to Play, Watch, and Unwind
Pedro’s Sports Bar & Pickleball is more than a neighborhood sports bar; it’s a gathering place for San Antonio and all of South Texas. It’s where great food, cold drinks, live and televised sports, and a little friendly competition bring people together.
Whether you’re here to watch the big game, grab a drink with friends, or jump into a Pickleball match or Cornhole showdown, Pedro’s delivers the classic sports bar energy you love, with an interactive twist.
Pedro’s isn’t just a place to watch the action.
It’s a place to be part of it.
Built for the Community
Pedro’s was created to feel like home from the moment you walk in. We’re proud to be a place where locals, visitors, families, coworkers, and friends come together, whether it’s for a watch party, a tournament, a birthday, or a corporate event.
First time at Pedro’s or longtime regular, you’ll always be welcomed like one of the crew. That’s how we do things at Pedro’s.
Come for the game. Stay for the pickleball. Come back often.
We built Pedro’s with everyone in mind:

A New Kind of Sports Bar
At Pedro’s, the experience goes beyond TVs and barstools. Our space is designed to be active, social, and easygoing, perfect for catching a Spurs game, pre-gaming before an S.A. Missions matchup, meeting friends for happy hour, or stepping onto the pickleball court for the very first time.

Food, Drinks, and Local Flavor
Every great sports bar starts with great food and drinks. Our menu features crowd favorites from Sanchos Cantina & Cocina, bold flavors, and easy-to-share plates that hit just right on game day or after a match. Add ice-cold beer, handcrafted cocktails, and classic margaritas, and you’ve got all the ingredients for a great afternoon or night out.
Pedro’s reflects the city we love, laid-back, welcoming, and full of character. This is San Antonio flavor, served with a side of fun.
Pickleball Meets the Bar Scene
What truly sets Pedro’s apart is our pickleball courts. We saw an opportunity to bring together two things people already love—social sports and great bars—and create something new.
Whether you’re competitive, casual, or just curious, our pickleball setup is designed to be approachable and fun. Play a match, grab a drink, watch the next game, and repeat. It’s that simple.
We regularly host:
Open play sessions
Beginner-friendly games

History
Rooted in San Antonio Sports History
Pedro’s proudly honors San Antonio’s deep sports tradition, especially baseball. Since 1888, the San Antonio Missions have been a cornerstone of the Texas League, now serving as the Double-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres.
While the Missions currently play at Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium, the team is scheduled to return downtown in 2028, just four blocks from Pedro’s. As that historic move approaches, Pedro’s is gearing up to become the go-to headquarters for fans before and after every game.
Our building itself tells a story. Located in a circa-1894 structure and painted Wrigley Field Green, Pedro’s draws inspiration from Electric Park, where San Antonio’s teams, then known as the Bronchos and the Missions, played from the 1890s through the 1920s. That legacy lives on here, blending the past with the energy of today’s game-day culture.
The history is real. The excitement is building. And the best seat in the neighborhood is waiting for you at Pedro’s.
